How do I join the Wheel Pros Rewards Program?
It’s easy. Simply register for the program. It’s free! – Join. The program is open to Wheel Pros dealers.
What do I need to do to earn Points/Miles?
Once you’ve selected the currency (which is done when you Join the program), you will earn Points/Miles on paid Wheel Pros invoices. Your transactions will be automatically processed at the end of each month and posted to your account. For more information visit our Earn page.
What's the difference between the Wheel Pros Rewards Program and Wheel Pros Points?
When you join the Wheel Pros Rewards Program you are registering with us to earn Points/Miles in a chosen reward program (e.g. Wheel Pros Points, American Airlines AAdvantage, etc.). If you choose to collect Wheel Pros Points, you will be able to redeem your Points earned for a variety of rewards such as Wheel Pros swag, as well as gift cards, merchandise, events, experiential adventures, and more.
Do I earn Points/Miles for previous purchases?
This program features a grace period for previous purchases. Any transaction made from the first of the month you join will automatically be included, and you will earn Points/Miles in your chosen reward program. For example, if you join the program on May 17, any purchases made from May 1 to 17 will be included, and will earn Points/Miles.
How do I keep track of my Points/Miles?
You can see the Points/Miles you’ve received through your participation in the Wheel Pros Rewards Program by logging into your program account. If you have opted to earn Wheel Pros Points you can see your current account balance here too. However, to find the Points/Miles balance for any other reward currency (e.g. American Airlines AAdvantage, United MileagePlus, etc.), you will have to visit the respective program website.
Why can’t I see my Points/Miles in my account balance?
Your Wheel Pros Points are posted into your account within 30 days. Points/Miles for the travel and hotel programs may take longer. To find the Points/Miles balance for your travel reward program (e.g. American Airlines AAdvantage, United MileagePlus, etc.), please visit the respective program website
How many Points/Miles do I need to redeem?
It depends on the reward program currency you are collecting. Each program has different redemption levels. Please visit the respective program website to find out how to redeem.
For Wheel Pros Points, we have many different swag, gift card and merchandise items to choose from, and each item has a different point value. Visit the Redeem page to see where you can use your Points/Miles.
Can I cancel a redemption order?
Once orders have been placed, no changes or refunds are permitted. Be sure to double check your order before you submit it.
What do I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged merchandise item?
Notify the Wheel Pros Rewards Program of any incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise within ten (10) days of your delivery date.
Can I change reward currencies at any time?
To change the currency, update your profile with a new Reward Program and add its associated Reward Program member number. NOTE: If you switch to a different reward currency, the Points/Miles you earned to date will NOT be transferred to the new reward currency. Your Points/Miles will remain under the original currency until you decide to redeem them. If you switch currencies, you will begin to accrue Points/Miles under the new currency starting with your next qualifying purchase. If you switch currencies and need to redeem the Points/Miles you earned while under a previous currency, you will need to temporarily switch back to that previous currency to do so. Remember to switch back to your new currency after redeeming Points/Miles from your previous currency or else you will begin accruing Points/Miles under that previous currency.
